Aurora Energy has launched a new website that allows customers to see exactly what the situation is for their address.

An interactive power outages map would search for outages based on a street address or ICP number (the unique customer number shown on a power bill), track restoration progress and receive updates.

Customer and engagement manager Lisa Gloag said the new feature would allow people to stay informed about, and prepare for, power outages in their area.
