The shearing community gathered over the weekend to celebrate the 33rd anniversary of Alexandra shearing contractors Peter Lyon Shearing. Former and present employees of the longstanding firm and a couple of All Black legends exchanged old stories and picked up the blade shears for a speed shearing contest, one of the many highlights of the three-day reunion.
