The completion of restoration work at Stewart Town near Bannockburn was celebrated in Victorian style on Saturday.
People gathered at the historic site to celebrate the restoration work completed at Stewart Town and Menzies Dam above the historic Bannockburn Sluicings.
The restoration project has taken the Otago Goldfields Heritage Trust a year.
People dressed in costume for the celebration and played a range of games popular during the Victorian era, including knucklebones and sack races.
Reporter Alexia Johnston went along to capture some of the action.
