Mural project puts children’s art on show

Central Otago school pupils showed off their creativity at the unveiling of three school murals in Cromwell last week. The murals, by pupils from Tarras, Goldfields and Cromwell primary schools, were done through a joint project between the Central Otago District Council and the Central Otago Districts Arts Trust to beautify public spaces in the district and encourage development in the arts for young people. Twenty-five pupils from the three schools took part, doing weekly workshops with Central Otago art educator Maxine Williams and then painting their designs during the recent Across the Bridge event in Bannockburn. The murals are being displayed in the Alpha St, Cromwell reserve, the Cromwell Swim Centre and at Bendigo.Asics shoesAir Jordan 1 Retro High OG “Board of Governors” White/Black-Royal Blue
